Airet (not available in Canada) is prescribed for the treatment to control and prevent the symptoms of asthma.

Do not take Airet (not available in Canada) if you are allergic to Airet (not available in Canada) or to any ingredient present in Airet (not available in Canada).

Before using Airet (not available in Canada), tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicines including: all asthma drugs, blood pressure or chest pain medications, beta-blockers (e.g., propranolol), levodopa, digoxin, certain antidepressants (e.g., amitriptyline, doxepin), MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), ritodrine, other "adrenalin" drugs, thyroid drugs, caffeine, diuretics (e.g., hydrochlorothiazide), if you are taking any herbal products, if you are taking blood thinners if you have stomach problems if you have peptic ulcers if you have any other medical condition like liver or kidney function impairment, heart ot lung problem

Use Airet (not available in Canada) as directed. Do not increase your dose or use this more frequently than directed. Excessive use may lead to a loss of effectiveness while increasing the chance for side effects. Do not stop using Airet (not available in Canada) without first consulting your doctor.

Other: Rapid heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, coughing, wheezing.

How much medicine you take and how often you take it depend on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of Airet (not available in Canada) you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Do not stop taking Airet (not available in Canada) without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking Airet (not available in Canada). Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist. Airet (not available in Canada) is inhaled into the lungs using special breathing (nebulizer) equipment usually 3 to 4 times a day. A health care professional will demonstrate the proper way to measure the medication and use the equipment. Make sure you understand how to operate the device and ask any questions you may have.

Store Airet (not available in Canada) in a dry place at room temperature between 59° - 86°F. Keep out of reach of children and pets
