Aquatab D (not available in Canada) is used to treat nasal or sinus congestion (stuffiness) due to colds, the flu, or allergies.

Do not take Aquatab D (not available in Canada) if you are allergic to Aquatab D (not available in Canada) or to any ingredient present in Aquatab D (not available in Canada).

Before using Aquatab D (not available in Canada), tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine if you are taking any herbal products, if you are taking blood thinners if you have stomach problems if you have peptic ulcers if you have any other medical condition like liver or kidney function impairment, heart ot lung problem

Aquatab D (not available in Canada) may make it difficult for you to sleep at night; take your last dose at least 12 hours before bedtime. If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, stop using Aquatab D (not available in Canada) and consult a physician.

Other: Bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain, chest pain, confusion, dizziness or fainting spells, numbness or tingling in the hands or feet, pain or difficulty passing urine, rapid or troubled breathing, severe, persistent, or worsening headache

How much medicine you take and how often you take it depend on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of Aquatab D (not available in Canada) you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Do not stop taking Aquatab D (not available in Canada) without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking Aquatab D (not available in Canada). Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist. Take Aquatab D (not available in Canada) by mouth. Follow the directions on the prescription label. Swallow whole with a drink of water; do not bite, crush or chew. If the tablet has a groove in it, the tablet may be divided in half for a smaller dose by breaking the tablet along the groove. The tablet piece (one-half tablet) should be swallowed whole (do not bite or chew). If Aquatab D (not available in Canada) makes it difficult for you to sleep at night; take your last dose at least 12 hours before bedtime. If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, stop using Aquatab D (not available in Canada) and consult a physician. Drink plenty of water, this will help loosen the mucus.

Store Aquatab D (not available in Canada) in a dry place at room temperature between 59° - 86°F. Keep out of reach of children and pets
