Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) is used for the treatment of infection caused by certain bacteria.

Do not take Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) if you are allergic to any ingredient in Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) or to similar medications.

Before using Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship), tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription medicine if you have any other medical condition like heart disease, lung disease, impairment of kidney or liver functions.

To obtain maximum benefit from Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship), keep taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) for the full time of treatment , even if you begin to feel better after a few days. Also, if you stop taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) too soon, your symptoms may return.

Other: Blistering, peeling, or loosening of skin; decrease in urine output; hearing loss (more common with cefuroxime treatment for meningitis); joint pain; loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting (more common with ceftriaxone); red or irritated eyes; trouble in breathing; yellowing of the eyes or skin

How much medicine you take and how often you take it depend on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Do not stop taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship). Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist. To help clear up your infection completely, keep taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) for the full time of treatment , even if you begin to feel better after a few days. If you have a “strep” infection, you should keep taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) for at least 10 days. This is especially important in “strep” infections since serious heart or kidney problems could develop later if your infection is not cleared up completely. Also, if you stop taking Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) too soon, your symptoms may return. Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) works best when there is a constant amount in the blood or urine. To help keep the amount constant, do not miss any doses. Also, it is best to take the doses at evenly spaced times, day and night . For example, if you are to take four doses a day, the doses should be spaced about 6 hours apart. If this interferes with your sleep or other daily activities, or if you need help in planning the best times to take Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship), check with your health care professional.

Store Cedax Liquid (due to storage requirements, we do not ship) at room temperature in a cool dry place, protect from heat and light. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children and pets.
