Most severe: Black, tarry stools or blood in stools or urine, cough or hoarseness, fever or chills, lower back or side pain, painful or difficult urination, pinpoint red spots on skin, unusual bleeding or bruising, confusion, memory loss, or difficulty with motor control (more common at higher doses), red, painful or irritated eyes, blurred vision (more common at higher doses - your doctor may prescribe eyedrops to prevent or treat this condition), dizziness or unusual tiredness occurring while you are receiving your treatment

Most common: Loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, temporary hair loss (more common with higher doses), reduction in number of menstrual periods, diarrhea, freckling of skin, headache, itching

Other: Sores in mouth and on lips, unusual tiredness, rash
