Most severe: Breathing problems; irregular heart rhythms; increased or decreased heart rate; pounding in the chest; depression; suicide attempts; convulsions.

Most common: Nausea; vomiting; altered mood and thoughts; itching; flushing; difficulty urinating; constipation; reaction or pain at the injection site.

Other: Stomach pain; dry mouth; sweating; indigestion; confusion; lack of energy; abnormal dreams; nervousness; changes in personality; sleeplessness; skin discoloration; itching; hives; rash; changes in vision; double vision; dizziness or lightheadedness when sitting up or standing. Levo Dromoran (not available in Canada) may be habit-forming. Dependence and tolerance may develop.

How much medicine you take and how often it is taken depends on many factors, including the condition being treated, your age, and weight.
