Most severe: Severe allergic reaction (redness, itching, swelling, hives, difficulty breathing); unusual bleeding; seizures.

Most common: Rash; itching; hives; fever; unusual taste in mouth; nausea; vomiting; diarrhea; vein irritation; pain at injection site.

How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient.
