Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) is to relieve heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach.

Do not take Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) if you are allergic to any ingredient in Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) or to similar medicines you are allergic to or are taking famotidine or other acid reducers you have trouble swallowing

Before using Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide), tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding if you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription medicine or dietary supplement if you have trouble swallowing if you have any other medical condition

Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) will only relieve your symptoms, it will not cure the disease. Take Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) with caution if you have kidney problems.

Other:  Rash; itching.

How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated, your age, and weight. If you have any questions about the amount andperor frequency of Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Do not swallow Tablet whole. Chew them completely before swallowing. Take as directed by your health care provider. Stop using Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) and contact your health care provider if stomach pain continues, or if you need to use Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) for more than 14 days. Dietary and lifestyle changes can also help improve heartburn. Do not lie flat or bed over soon after eating. Do not eat late at night or just before bedtime. Eat slowly and do not eat big meals. If you are taking overweight, lose weight. If you smoke, quit smoking. Raise the head of bed. Wear loose-fitting clothes around your stomach. Certain foods or drinks are more likely to cause heartburn, such as rich, spicy, fatty, and fried foods, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, and even some fruits and vegetables. Do not take over-the-counter or prescription medications or dietary supplements without talking with your health care provider. This includes any herbal preparations or dietary supplements. Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Patients with other medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide).

Store Pepcid Complete (famotidine/calcium carbonate/magnesium hydroxide) between 77 and 86 degrees F. Protect from moisture.
