What is Soluver (salicylic acid) used for? |
Some of these products containing Soluver (salicylic acid) are used to remove common and planter warts. Other products may also be used to remove calluses and aid in the removal of dry, scaly skin.

Do not use Soluver (salicylic acid) if you are allergic to any ingredient in Soluver (salicylic acid) you have diabetes you have poor circulation |
What precautions should I follow when taking Soluver (salicylic acid) ?

Before using Soluver (salicylic acid), tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding if you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription medicine if you have liver or kidney disease if you have any other medical condition |
What special warning(s) should I be aware of when taking Soluver (salicylic acid)?

Do not use Soluver (salicylic acid) if you are diabetic and have poor circulation. While using Soluver (salicylic acid), avoid contact with eyes. If Soluver (salicylic acid) gets into eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes. |

How should I take Soluver (salicylic acid)?
|
How much medicine you use and how often you use it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated, your age, and weight. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of Soluver (salicylic acid) you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Soluver (salicylic acid) is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with water for 15 minutes. Wash the affected area and soak in warm water for at least 5 minutes. Apply thin layer to sufficiently cover the affected area, as directed by your health care provider. Let dry. Do not use Soluver (salicylic acid) on irritated, infected, or reddened skin. Do not use Soluver (salicylic acid) on moles, birthmarks, warts with hair growing from them, mucous membranes, genital warts, or facial warts. If discomfort persists, contact your health care provider. Do not take over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. Do not use more medicine than recommended unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before using Soluver (salicylic acid). If a dose is missed, use it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised to by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider.

How should Soluver (salicylic acid) be stored?

Store Soluver (salicylic acid) at room temperature (59 to 86 degrees F) away from heat. Keep tightly closed. |
