In an easy-to-swallow soft gel capsule, Unisom Natural Source is formulated from the powdered extract of the dried roots of the Valerian plant, a mild, natural source herbal sedative, which is effective in promoting sleep. o not use medicine more often than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking Unisom Natural Source. If a dose is missed, apply it as soon as possible. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider.
