How do I take Repronex?

Read the label or any materials that came with the medication. Use Repronex exactly as prescribed by your doctor because the dosage and duration of use depends on patient situation. Make sure a health care professional shows you how to use the medication properly. At your doctor's office, hospital, clinic, or at home, carefully inject Repronex either under the skin (subcutaneously) or into a muscle (intramuscularly). Do not use if vial is cracked, damaged, or the medication is discolored or contains particles. Wash your hands before and after the preparation of medication. Prepare Repronex by drawing up diluent into a syringe. Then push the syringe plunger into the powder. Slowly rotate the container to mix the solution. Do not shake. Using a different syringe or needle for the injection, draw up the solution, be sure all air bubbles are tapped out of the syringe. Wipe the injection area with an alcohol swab and inject needle through the skin. Once the syringe is in place before medication is injected, pull back on the syringe plunger to make sure the needle is not in a vein (syringe will fill with blood if needle is in vein). If syringe is in vein, remove and discard syringe immediately. Begin preparation again using new materials. Use the medication immediately once it is prepared. Throw away any unused materials. If necessary, cover injected area with a small bandage.

Store Repronex at room temperature between 3-25 degrees celsius. Keep away from light.
