This medication is a dietary supplement containing muti-vitamins and multi-minerals.

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine
What precautions should I follow when taking Centrum/Multivitamins - non Rx?
Before using this medicine, tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any other prescription medicine, nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement if you have impaired kidney or liver function, if you have heart or lung problem
What special warning(s) should I be aware of when taking Centrum/Multivitamins - non Rx?
This medicine is not intended for use in children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a health care provider or poison control center immediately. : Long-term intake of high levels of vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Do not take this product if taking other vitamin A supplements.
What are the side effects of Centrum/Multivitamins - non Rx?
Most severe: Upset stomach, gas
Most common: Gas, bloating, nausea, vomiting

How should I take Centrum/Multivitamins - non Rx?
How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are taking, talk with your health care provider. This medication should be taken with food. Do not stop taking this medicine or change the dose without checking with your health care provider. This could have serious adverse effects. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medication. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist.
