What is Robinul/Glycopyrrolate used for?
This medicine helps to treat peptic ulcer disease or irritable bowel disease by relieving spasms in your stomach and bowel.

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine or to similar medications.
What precautions should I follow when taking Robinul/Glycopyrrolate?
Before using this medicine, tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription medicine if you have any other medical condition like heart disease, lung disease, impairment of kidney or liver functions.
What special warning(s) should I be aware of when taking Robinul/Glycopyrrolate?
This medicine may lead to drowsiness and impaired concentration, which may be aggravated by simultaneous intake of alcohol or other central nervous system depressant agents. Patients should be warned not to drive a motor vehicle, operate dangerous machine
What are the side effects of Robinul/Glycopyrrolate?
Most severe: Blurred vision and other eye problems, decreased sweating, dizziness, drowsiness, irregular heartbeat (palpitations), pain or difficulty passing urine, unusual weakness or tiredness, vomiting

How should I take Robinul/Glycopyrrolate?
How much medicine you take and how often you take it depend on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Do not stop taking this medicine without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medicine. Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist. Tell your prescriber or health care professional about all other medicines you are taking, including nonprescription medicines, nutritional supplements, or herbal products. Also tell your prescriber or health care professional if you are a frequent user of drinks with caffeine or alcohol, if you smoke, or if you use illegal drugs. These may affect the way your medicine works. Check with your health care professional before stopping or starting any of your medicines. Avoid extreme heat (e.g., hot tubs, saunas). This medicine can cause you to sweat less than normal. Your body temperature could increase to dangerous levels, which may lead to heat stroke. Your mouth may get dry. Chewing sugarless gum or sucking hard candy, and drinking plenty of water will help. If you get constipation while receiving this medicine, do not treat yourself. You may have a blockage in the intestine. Call your prescriber or health care professional for advice.
