Drug Description:

This medicine is used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, or dizziness associated with motion sickness in adults and children over 2 years of age.Store at controlled room temperature between 68 and 77 degrees F. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep in a tight, light-resistant container in a cool, dry place.How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are taking, talk with your health care provider. To prevent motion sickness, the first dose should be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before starting activity. This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or confusion. Avoid driving or performing other tasks requiring alertness, coordination, or physical dexterity until effects are known; then use caution. Avoid alcohol and other medicines that cause drowsiness while you are taking this medicine. Do not stop taking this medication without checking with your doctor. Do not take more medication than prescribed unless advised to do so by your doctor or health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medicine. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your doctor. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your doctor. If more than one dose is missed, contact your doctor or pharmacist.Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine you have a breathing problem, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostateBefore using this medicine, tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding if you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription medicine if you have any other medical conditionAlcohol use should be avoided while being treated with this medicine.
