Description

Drug Description:

This medication is used to open up airways in people with asthma, bronchitis and other breathing problems, so they can breathe more easily.Store between 59 to 86 degrees F. Avoid spraying in the eyes.How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are taking, talk with your health care provider. The dose is 2 inhalations separated by a 60-second interval and repeated every 4 to 6 hours. Do not use this medicine more than every 6 hours. If the normal dose of this medicine fails to provide the usual relief, talk with your health care provider. This may be a sign of serious worsening asthma requiring the reassessment of the medicine. Do not take other inhaled medicines that have not been prescribed by your health care provider. This medicine may cause dizziness. Patients should observe caution while driving or performing other tasks requiring alertness, coordination, or physical dexterity. Do not stop taking this medicine without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medication. Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider or health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medicines without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider.
