Cancellation and Refund policy
Orders can be cancelled up to the date they are shipped. Credits for orders will be issued less a $10 stocking charge per medication.
All medications that have been dispensed and shipped are not returnable. Due to the BC College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5 (33. Subsection 1) once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason.
Bylaw 5, 33. Subsection states:
Returned drugs
(1) No registrant may accept for return to stock or reuse any drug previously dispensed.

This ensures only the safest and highest quality Canadian prescription drugs are shipped directly to you. Therefore, we are unable to return or refund medications once they have been shipped from the pharmacy. All sales are final.
