Refills and existing clients
If a prescription that was filled for you was written with refills, we can have them filled for you as they come up. We will notify you either by e-mail or phone as your refill date approaches. You may also notify us if you require the medications earlier. We will not bill for or ship the refill unless we have received verification from you.
To check if you have any refills remaining on previously dispensed prescription, please log in to your account and view your profile or contact us by email at [email protected] or call toll free at 1-866-444-6376.
If you are an existing customer who wants to have a new prescription filled, you do not need to complete the forms again. However, if you do have some personal, billing or medical information that has recently changed, it is your responsibility to make us aware of it. You may let us know by phone or e-mail.
