CanDrugStore offers patient counseling to all CanDrugStore patients because it is a requirement from the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Whenever a new prescription has been filled, CanDrugStore patients will receive written information pertaining to their medication. All patients will be contacted for patient counseling and is given the opportunity to ask any questions about the prescription medication. CanDrugStore patients may be contacted by the pharmacist from Monday through Friday between 9am and 6pm (PST).
