Drug Description:

This medicine is used as long-term therapy to control bronchial asthma attacks.Store in a dry place at room temperature between 59 – 86F. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. If more than one dose is missed, contact your health care provider or pharmacist. Shake the canister or bottle before each use. The inhaler must be primed with 2 activations whenever it has been unused for more than 3 days. Do not this inhaler more than 240 times. If the drug irritates your throat, gargling and rinsing your mouth with water after each dose can help to relieve the problem. If you are using a bronchodilator inhalant, it should be used before the inhalant to derive the best effects from this drug. Use of the two inhalers should be separated by several minutes. The use of this medicine may cause a yeast-like fungal infection in the mouth and throat. If you suspect a fungal infection, notify your doctor.Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to this medicine or to any ingredient present in this medicine.Before using this medicine, tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine if you are taking any herbal products, if you are taking blood thinners if you have stomach problems if you have peptic ulcers if you have any other medical condition like liver or kidney function impairment, heart ot lung problemThis medicine does not provide rapid relief in an asthma attack.
