Drug Description:

This medicine is used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies in patients over 12 years of age.Store between 59 and 77 degrees F. Take this medicine with a full glass of water. Swallow Tablet whole. Do not break, crush, or chew them. Do not use this medicine if you have a history of difficulty in swallowing Tablet or have upper stomach or food pipe narrowing. Diabetes patients — This medicine may affect your blood sugar level. Your doctor may need to change the amount of diabetes medicine you are taking. Do not take this medicine if you are currently taking or have taken an MAO inhibitor within the past 2 weeks. If you are uncertain whether your other medications contain an MAO inhibitor, check with your health care provider. Consult a doctor before giving this medicine to children under 12 years of age. Do not stop taking this medicine without talking with your health care provider. Do not take any over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. This includes any herbal preparations or dietary supplements. Patients with other medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medicine. Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Contact your health care provider at once if you feel you have taken too much of this medicine. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised to by your health care provider.
