Your doctor will typically initiate treatment with an average dose of vardenafil tablets and may adjust it based on your response to the medication. If you are using the rapidly disintegrating tablets, dose adjustments may not be possible, as these tablets are available in only one strength. If you require a higher or lower dosage, your doctor may prescribe the regular tablets instead. Vardenafil rapidly disintegrating tablets cannot be substituted for vardenafil tablets. This medication might contain aspartame. If you have phenylketonuria (PKU) or any other condition that necessitates a restricted or avoidance of aspartame (or phenylalanine) in your diet, consult your doctor or pharmacist to ensure the safe use of this medication.
