Drug Description:

This medicine is used to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms, including sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose/palate/throat, itchy/watery/red eyes, and nasal congestion.Store at controlled room temperature (68 to 77 degrees F) in a cool, dry place, away from children.How much medicine you take and how often it is taken depend on many factors, including the condition being treated, your age, and weight. Stop taking this medicine and contact your health care provider if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur. This medicine may cause dizziness. Use caution while driving or performing other tasks requiring alertness, coordination, or physical dexterity. Diabetes patients — This medicine may affect your blood sugar level. Your doctor may need to change the amount of diabetes medicine you are taking. Stop taking MAO inhibitors at least 14 days before taking this medicine. If you are uncertain whether your other medications contain an MAO inhibitor, check with your health care provider. Consult a doctor before giving this medicine to children under 12 years of age. Do not stop taking this medicine without talking with your health care provider. Do not take any over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. This includes any herbal preparations or dietary supplements. Patients with other medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medicine. Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your health care provider. Contact your health care provider at once if you feel you have taken too much of this medicine. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised to by your health care provider.
