You should be on a nutritionally balanced, reduced-calorie diet that contains no more than 30% of calories from fat. The daily intake of fat, carbohydrates, and protein should be distributed over 3 main meals. If a meal is missed from time to time or contains no fat, you can skip the dose. You should take a multivitamin supplement containing vitamins A, D, E, and K to ensure good nutrition.
