Metformin can influence the menstrual cycle by promoting ovulation and increasing the likelihood of pregnancy. Seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist regarding the use of reliable birth control methods while taking this medication.
While metformin passes into breast milk in small amounts, it remains uncertain whether dapagliflozin does the same. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
