If this occurs, sit or lie down and avoid sudden changes in posture. Notify your doctor if a rash, hives or any sign of allergy develops. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Have your blood pressure checked regularly. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly. The stopping of using this medicine should be done gradually. At least 14 days should pass between stopping the use of a monoamine oxidase inhibitor and the starting of this medicine. In addition, at least 7 days should pass after stopping this medicine before starting a monoamine oxidase inhibitor Do not take more medicine than prescribed unless advised to do so by your doctor or health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medicine. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medicines without talking with your doctor. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible.
