- This medication might induce dizziness. Alcohol or marijuana use can exacerbate this dizziness. Refrain from driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring alertness until you can do so safely.
- Excessive sweating, diarrhea, or vomiting may lead to dehydration and dizziness. Notify your doctor if you experience severe diarrhea or vomiting. To prevent dehydration, ensure adequate fluid intake unless instructed otherwise by your doctor.
- Elderly individuals may be more susceptible to the side effects of this medication, particularly dizziness and potassium level increases.
- Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive. You should not become pregnant while using isoxsuprine, as it may harm the unborn baby. If pregnancy occurs, promptly discuss the medication’s risks and benefits with your doctor.
- The passage of this medication into breast milk is uncertain. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
