Drug Description:

This medicine is used to prevent chest pain due to heart disease.Store at controlled room temperature (59 to 86 degrees F). Do not refrigerate. Carefully follow the instructions for throwing away used systems.How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are taking, talk with your health care provider. This medicine is for external use only. Daily headaches may occur with the use of this medicine. This is common. Do not change the schedule of taking this medicine due to the headaches. Lack of headache may signal the loss of the effectiveness of this medicine. Lightheadedness or fainting can occur when arising from a seated or lying position. Alcohol can worsen this effect. Use caution while driving or performing other tasks that require alertness, coordination, or physical dexterity. Following the removal of the patch, wash hands completely. Avoid contact with the eyes. Stop using this medicine and talk with your doctor if you experience severe or persistent skin reactions. Disposal – Fold patch over itself; place in pouch and throw away. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not stop taking this medication without checking with your health care provider. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medication. Do not take more medication than prescribed unless advised to do so by your doctor or health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your health care provider. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your doctor.
