Contra Indication:

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicine or to similar medications, if you are taking antidepressants classified as MAO inhibitors, such as Nardil and Parnate, and tricyclic antidepressants such as Elavil, Norpramin, Pamelor, and Tofranil, beta blockers (heart and blood pressure drugs such as Inderal, Tenormin, and Sectral), digoxin (Lanoxin), drugs similar to albuterol, such as Alupent, Brethine, Isuprel, and epinephrine and drugs that lower potassium levels (water pills such as Lasix or HydroDIURIL)

Severe Side Effects:

Most severe: Allergic reaction (rash; hives; tightness in the chest; swelling of the lips, tongue, and throat; breathing difficulty); worsening of asthma; chest pain; irregular heart rhythm.

Common Side Effects:

Most common: Headache; coughing; nausea; vomiting, nervousness, tremor, palpitation, chest discomfort.

Other Side Effects:
