Drug Description:
This medicine is used to relieve muscle pain and discomfort caused by sprains and strains.Store between 68 to 77 degrees F.How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. If you have any questions about the amount and/or frequency of the medicine you are taking, talk with your health care provider. Women who are or who may become pregnant, particularly if they are in the early stages of pregnancy, should not use this medicine. This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or vision problems. Use caution while driving or performing other tasks requiring alertness, coordination, and physical dexterity. Avoid alcohol and medicines that cause drowsiness while taking this medicine (eg, sleeping pills, tranquilizers, antihistamines). Do not stop taking this medicine without checking with your doctor. Patients with previous medical conditions should talk with their health care provider before taking this medicine. Do not take more medicine than is prescribed unless advised to do so by your doctor or health care provider. Do not take any other over-the-counter or prescription medications without talking with your doctor. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your doctor. If more than one dose is missed, contact your doctor or pharmacist.Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient in this medicineBefore using this medicine, tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, plan on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine if you have any other medical conditionThis medicine may impair the ability of the patient to engage in potentially hazardous activities such as operating machinery or driving a motor vehicle. Patients should be cautioned about combined effects of this medicine with alcohol and other CNS depressants.Most severe: None (this medicine is quite well tolwrated)Most common: Lightheadedness; dizziness; drowsiness; nausea; “”pink eye””; hives; itching; rash; nasal stuffiness; blurred vision; headache; fever.Other: Allergic manifestations such as urticaria, pruritus, rash or conjunctivitis with nasal congestion
