Increase Your Intake of Dietary Fiber – If you aren’t getting enough daily fiber, you may be doing your body significant harm. Insufficient fiber has been linked to increasing the risk of not only type 2 diabetes, but cancer, obesity, and heart disease as well. Fiber is an extremely important factor in diabetes prevention.
