This transdermal patch is a combination drug that is used to treat hot flashes and vaginal abnormalities that occur during menopause (itching, burning, dryness). Before menopause, this patch is used to address a shortage of estrogen caused by hypogonadism, primary ovarian failure, or surgical ovarian removal.
