Prevent vitamin deficiency with Foltx

Foltx is a type of multivitamin, used as a supplement for diets treating or preventing vitamin deficiency. Vitamin deficiencies (lack of vitamins) can be caused by illness, pregnancy, poor nutrition, digestive disorders, and many other conditions.

  • Itching, tingling or numbness of fingers or toes
  • Difficulty walking, loss of muscle coordination

  • Headache

  • Diarrhea or drowsiness

How to prevent yourself from vitamin deficiency.

Vitamins, in small amounts, are necessary for proper growth and functioning of your body. They are organic substances that do not provide calories. Your body does not produce vitamins (except Vitamin D because it can be formed when your skin is exposed to the sun).

Eat a minimum of 5 servings of vegetables and fruits everyday for fiber, vitamin C and other antioxidant vitamins. Consume less cholesterol and saturated fats products. Control high blood pressure and diabetes, lose excess weight, and do daily exercises. Stop smoking.
