Uses and Dosage
Hydroxyzine is available in these forms for oral administration:

Typically, hydroxyzine is administered three to four times daily. Side Effects

In case of serious adverse effects such as tremors, confusion, seizures, or restless muscle movements in the eyes, tongue, jaw, or neck, immediately discontinue the use of Atarax and seek medical attention.
Limit alcohol consumption, as it may intensify certain side effects of hydroxyzine.
